Zone, urgency level, and specialty are extracted from the referral. The system matches to the best available physician based on your configured routing rules — no manual triage needed.
Awaiting Acceptance Folder
Re-routed automatically if declined — no re-referral needed
The assigned physician receives the referral notification. If they decline, the consult is automatically re-routed to the next available physician. The referring office never needs to re-send — the hub handles it entirely.

Appointment confirmed · consult complete · file archived
The appointment is confirmed and the consult is complete. The file is archived locally with a full audit trail. The cloud dashboard marks the serial number as resolved — zero manual cleanup needed.
Tracks consult location by current folder — updates automatically on each step
Patient names, DOB, health card numbers and clinical notes never leave the local machine. Only the serial number, folder location, zone, and urgency flag sync to the cloud dashboard.
When a step completes, the file moves to the next folder automatically and the dashboard updates in real-time — zero manual tracking.
